The Number 81 is more than a Brand, it’s a culture that started in Portland, Oregon May 2024 with a group of family and friends that all shared the same passion, and that was to bring people together. We thought it was no greater way other than creating a hot sauce company aimed to bring different levels of flavor and spice to the table.
